Payment Methods
You can pay for your order with MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express credit cards. If you're mailing your order in, you can also pay with a personal check, money order or cashier's check.
Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders submitted on official purchase order forms, pre-printed with your organization's name, address and PO number. Please mail or fax (877-477-3578) us your purchase orders. We can take on-line or phone orders only if you're paying with a credit card at the time of purchase.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days for a full refund of the item price and shipping cost. We will send you the box and a prepaid shipping label to get the item back to us - guaranteed.
Please send an e-mail to service@mystriderbike.com, indicating the reason for your return along with the order number and date of purchase.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. If you have any questions, problems, or suggestions please send an e-mail to service@mystriderbike.com.

Gift Orders
We can send your gifts directly to friends and family. In the Shipping Address section simply enter the gift recipient's information and fill in the gift message section. Please note that gift wrap service is available as an option.
Shipping and Handling
Orders placed are shipped via UPS with tracking and insurance. Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. Once your order ships you will receive all tracking information via e-mail.

Backorder Policy
In-stock items usually ship the next business day. The shopping cart will indicate if an item is in-stock or not.
Out of stock items usually ship within 7 - 10 business days. If an order is placed for an out of stock item, it will be shipped once it becomes available.
