Payment Methods

You can pay for your order with MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express credit cards. If you're mailing your order in, you can also pay with a personal check, money order or cashier's check.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders submitted on official purchase order forms, pre-printed with your organization's name, address and PO number. Please mail or fax (877-477-3578) us your purchase orders. We can take on-line or phone orders only if you're paying with a credit card at the time of purchase.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days for a full refund of the item price and shipping cost. We will send you the box and a prepaid shipping label to get the item back to us - guaranteed.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you did not setup an account please send an e-mail to service@mystriderbike.com, indicating the reason for your return along with the order number and date of purchase.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. If you have any questions, problems, or suggestions please send an e-mail to service@mystriderbike.com.

Email Mailing List

When you join our online mailing list you will hear about our monthly sales and promotions. We are sensitive to the private nature of information you provide to us over the Internet. Please know that we do not rent, sell or exchange e-mail addresses. Additionally, we will always provide you with the opportunity to ''opt-out'' if you no longer wish to receive future e-mails.

Gift Orders

We can send your gifts directly to friends and family. In the Shipping Address section simply enter the gift recipient's information.

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed are shipped via UPS with tracking and insurance. Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. Once your order ships you will receive all tracking information via e-mail.

Backorder Policy

In-stock items usually ship the next business day. The shopping cart will indicate if an item is in-stock or not.

Out of stock items usually ship within 7 - 10 business days. If an order is placed for an out of stock item, it will be shipped once it becomes available.
